Terms and Conditions
The price for hotel accommodation includes the booked meals as well as all legal Taxes.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, the prices are per person and not per unit! The accommodation can lodge up to the maximum number of persons as shown in the description, whereby bedding for persons beyond the optimal occupancy can be a l couch/sofa bed or a separate bed.
Boarding
- BB: breakfast is provided in continental, enriched or American style, which is offered in buffet form
- HB: Breakfast and one warm meal per day (normally dinner)
- FB: Breakfast and two meals per day from which one must be warm.
- AI: (All Inclusive) In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner coffee and cake or ice cream is served at specific times of the day. Drinks are normally various soft drinks like Pepsi Cola, Lemonade, orangeade, Ice tea…. Filter Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Nescafe, Greek coffe, various Teas, Draught Beer, Cretan Table wine, Ouzo, Tsikoudia, Brandy, Rum, Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Campari, Martini, Whisky and several Cocktails and long drinks that can be prepared with the above mentioned available drinks. Wearing a plastic All inclusive armband is obligatory.
Arrival/Departure
The accommodation is normally ready for occupation at 14:00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to be patient if arriving before this time and have to wait a while for the room. Please understand that on departure the room must be vacated by 12:00 as thorough cleaning takes time.
Damages
Guests are obliged to report any damages to indoor/outdoor furnishings and fittings to the reception staff and will be held responsible for any eventual charges. Damages, which are not reported during the stay and for which the hotel makes a claim (up to 2 days after departure), will be later invoiced to the guest.
Domestic Animals
Pets are not allowed in our Hotel. In cases, where there is an exception, it is mentioned in the description. Non-compliance can lead to refusal of occupancy of the booked accommodation. Guests are personally responsible for obtaining regulations regarding the import of animals. Generally, pets are forbidden in swimming pools for hygienic reasons, and any damage caused by pets is to be reported immediately to the reception. Pet owners will be required to cover the costs of any damage (see DAMAGES)
Local Services
Information regarding public services such as shops, restaurants, museums, water sports, public transport etc is given just as a guide as services can change without warning during the low season periods.
Online Reservation and Payment Conditions
Hotels: reservations can be made according to availability only with use of a credit card. Details given at the time of booking allow us to deduct the amount from your credit card. In case of booking you will receive confirmation per mail and payment details. This confirmation E mail is also valid as hotel voucher and has to be presented upon arrival.

To debit your credit card with the due amount we use only the most modern coded, safety system in order to guarantee data protection. Payment is made through a secure website with Visa or MasterCard in co-operation with Eurobank-Greece, which will also verify the card details. By missing or false booking information, your data will be deactivated and you will be informed by e-mail or telephone (where possible). We guarantee that all your personal data will be handled with the utmost discretion and that no information will be given to third parties.
Travel Documents
As soon as your credit card details have been verified by the bank and the amount debited, you will receive your travel documents (voucher) by e-mail. Depending on the travel packet or service, please hand over the voucher on arrival (e.g. hand over of car rental voucher when making contract, hotel voucher to the reception on arrival).
Extension of Stay
If you wish to extend your stay we will always try to help, but an extension is not always possible.
Early/Premature Departure
If you wish to discontinue your stay for any reason and leave early, you will have no claim to a possible refund.
Cancellation Fees
For cancellations made by guests (during the period before arrival as shown below), we will withhold the following amounts:
- Up to 6 weeks = 0%
- 6-4 weeks = 20%
- 4-2 weeks = 30%
- 2-1 weeks = 50%
- under 1 week = 100%.
PRIVACY and SECURITY POLICY
We believe that privacy and security are top priorities for all the online transactions which are made through our website.
Any personal information collected from our website visitors is stored and used solely for identification purposes to complete and administer booking details and also to facilitate a search in case of additional requests and queries. Only authorised personnel have access to this information.
